Job summary

Eaton's Fuel & Motion Control Systems division in Jackson, MS seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead NPD programs and IPTs, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality commitments are met. The role interfaces with customers and internal teams to drive program success and continuous improvement.

The position oversees pricing, contracts, and risk, with a focus on strong leadership and performance across multiple sites within the Eaton Aerospace portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Program Management or related field.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
• ITAR: U.S. person per ITAR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage Profit and Loss of NPD Programs and projects with accountability for scope delivery on schedule, cost and quality.
• Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) across sites.
• Implement program management processes at site, BU or Division.
• Coordinate reporting, metrics and program reviews with stakeholders.
• Develop and execute the overall program plan and proposals.
