Eaton’s Fuel & Motion Control Systems division, part of our Aerospace sector, seeks a Senior Program Manager for the Jackson, MS facility. You will lead NPD programs and IPTs, drive customer satisfaction, and manage program financial performance across scope, schedule, and cost.

You will oversee risk, metrics, and customer communications, coordinating with senior leadership and cross-site teams to ensure successful delivery and compliance. This is a full-time, on-site role in Jackson, MS.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in Program Management or PM with engineering/product development background.
• Experience in Aerospace NPD programs and leading IPTs across sites preferred.
• Proficient in program and project management methodologies, processes and tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead Profit and Loss for NPD programs and projects with accountability for scope, schedule, cost and quality.
• Champion IPT leadership across the program and coordinate across multiple sites.
• Implement site/program PM processes and drive rapid issue resolution.
• Provide program updates and metrics to leadership and internal customers.
• Coordinate PM reviews and ensure effective risk management and contract alignment.
• Manage customer contracts, pricing terms, and change management processes.
