Job summary

Eaton’s Fuel & Motion Control Systems division in Jackson, MS seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead NPD programs, manage contracts, and build strong customer relationships. This role oversees IPTs across sites and drives lifecycle performance, including earned value, scope, and risk management.

The position requires coordinating with multiple sites, managing budgets, and delivering program milestones while adhering to ITAR regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Program Management; or a combination of Program Management with some Engineering and/or Product Development Management.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
• ITAR compliance requires U.S. persons (citizens, permanent residents, etc.).
• No relocation benefit; 50-mile radius of Jackson, MS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Profit and Loss of the NPD Program(s) and projects. RAA for scope delivery and execution within technical, schedule, cost and quality commitments.
• Champion Integrated Product Team (IPT) leadership across the Program.
• Facilitate the implementation of program management processes at the site, business unit or Division.
• Coordinate and monitor a One Eaton Aerospace program across multiple sites.
• Provide periodic program updates and PM metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
