Job summary

Eaton’s Fuel & Motion Control Systems division, part of our Aerospace sector, is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Jackson, MS facility to lead program management across NPD and IPTs.

You will own P&L for the NPD programs, coordinate with customers, manage contracts and risk, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery while applying IPT and PM processes across sites. This role requires US work eligibility and familiarity with ITAR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in Program Management.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship now and in the future.
• ITAR compliance: U.S. person required (citizen, permanent resident, asylum, etc.).
• No relocation benefit; within 50 miles of Jackson, MS.

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L of NPD programs and ensure scope delivery and execution.
• Champion IPT leadership across the program.
• Implement program management processes at site, BU or division.
• Coordinate PM reviews and publish program metrics.
• Maintain earned value, quality, and delivery metrics through PROLaunch phases.
• Coordinate risks and integrate all projects into the programs.
• Manage customer contracts, pricing and change management.
• Develop new business proposals and program plans.
