Vantor is seeking a Senior Aerospace Modeling & Simulation Engineer to lead high-fidelity studies for government and commercial customers. You will model satellites, aircraft, sensor systems, and mission scenarios to evaluate performance and inform decision-making.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship Required with an active or current TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or CS.
• 8+ years of professional experience in space systems modeling and simulation.
• Willing to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-fidelity modeling and simulation efforts for complex space, airborne, and ISR studies.
• Engage customers and program leadership to clarify mission needs and shape analyses.
• Define approaches, measures, and acceptance criteria for major workstreams.
• Maintain technical quality through rigorous review of models and outputs.
• Standardize workflows, mentor junior analysts, and drive tool development.
