Job summary

Vantor Inc. is seeking a Sr. Mission Analysis Engineer to model and simulate complex aerospace missions across space, cyber, and other domains.

You will build high-fidelity simulations of satellites, aircraft, sensors, and ISR systems to understand performance and inform decisions. You will explore architectures, develop new simulation tools, and translate large datasets into actionable insights for engineers and leaders. This role requires on-site work in a classified facility and U.S.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship with an active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science.
• Minimum 8 years related experience.
• Willing to work on-site in a classified facility.

Responsibilities

• Model complex aerospace missions: develop, modify, and run high-fidelity simulations of satellites, aircraft, sensors, and ISR systems.
• Explore the trades that matter: compare architectures, technologies, concepts, and configurations to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Turn mission concepts into simulations: build realistic scenarios capturing objectives, constraints, environments, and system behavior.
• Build better ways to solve problems: create tools, scripts, automation, visualizations, and new capabilities.
• Find the story in the data: work with large datasets to uncover trends and translate results into conclusions.
• Ensure the analysis holds up: QA/QC of models, inputs, outputs, and methods.
• Make your analysis matter: communicate findings to engineers, leaders, and customers.
