Job summary

Vantor is seeking an Aerospace Modeling & Simulation Engineer to support advanced ISR studies for government and commercial customers. You will model satellites, aircraft, sensor systems, mission scenarios, and operational concepts to evaluate performance and inform decisions.

This hands-on technical role requires solving complex mission problems, improving simulation capabilities, and turning detailed analysis into actionable recommendations for senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the listed engineering/science fields.
• Willing to work on-site.
• Security clearance TS/SCI is required or active.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and run high-fidelity simulations of space, airborne, and ISR sensor systems.
• Build operational vignettes reflecting real-world mission needs and customer priorities.
• Develop tools, scripts, and simulator features to improve scenario generation and data analysis.
• Analyze simulation results to identify trends, risks, and key performance drivers.
• Perform QA/QC on model inputs, assumptions, outputs, and results.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical teams and senior leaders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and own independent analysis tasks.
