Job summary

GEI Consultants is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to drive high-quality proposals and qualifications for the New England market. You will work with the East Region team, coordinating with engineers and leadership to produce compelling materials and win strategies.

You will manage schedules, resumes, SF330s, and SOQs, while supporting business development, client relationships, and marketing operations from our Wakefield, MA headquarters or other East Region offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
• Five to ten years of marketing experience in the AEC industry with proposal leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex proposals to submission deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong editing and content development skills.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management abilities.
• Ability to contribute to proposal positioning and client-focused messaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage proposal and qualification efforts from kickoff through submission.
• Collaborate with technical staff and leadership to create compelling messaging and win themes.
• Support regional growth through market research, capture planning, and client relationship building.
• Maintain accurate information in CRM and marketing databases and assist events and campaigns.
