Job summary

GEI Consultants, based in Wakefield, MA, seeks an experienced Senior Marketing Coordinator to drive high‑quality proposals and qualifications packages. You will support strategic pursuits, business development initiatives, and marketing processes within GEI's East Region, collaborating with technical staff and leadership.

The role emphasizes proactive proposal management, client-focused messaging, and CRM upkeep, with opportunities for mentorship and professional development in a dynamic AEC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field preferred.
• 5–10 years of marketing experience in the AEC industry with proposal/qualification leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple complex proposals from kickoff to submission.
• Excellent written/verbal communication; strong editing and content development.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal and qualification efforts from kickoff through submission.
• Collaborate on pursuit messaging, win themes, and differentiators.
• Support business development through opportunity tracking and market research.
• Maintain marketing CRM and databases with opportunities, clients, and projects.
• Assist in planning conferences, events, and client engagements.
• Support public-sector pursuits and procurement processes.
• Identify process improvements and adopt new marketing technologies.
• Share knowledge with East Region and GEI marketing teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
