Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the AEC industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign; photo editing software a plus.
• Experience with marketing databases and Deltek CRM.
• Creative thinker with quick learning ability.
• Energetic, self-motivated and detail-focused.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• College degree or 5+ years of marketing support experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ & RFP responses and other marketing collateral.
• Develop and maintain boiler plate for proposals.
• Track prospects and input data related to probability.
• Prepare interview materials and support design teams.
• Create graphic content for client meetings and reports.
• Plan events, trade shows, and marketing efforts.
• Coordinate events and sponsorships; manage attendance.
• Maintain events calendar and marketing data.
• Promote the firm through outreach, news releases, and social media.
• Ensure marketing materials reflect firm-wide values and messaging.
• Identify leads via networking and web research.
• Ensure consistent branding across materials.
