Job summary

JMT is seeking an organized Proposal/Marketing Coordinator to support region-focused pursuits. You will coordinate proposals, expressions of interest, and presentations, and enter opportunities into the CRM, delivering high-quality submissions on time.

This role requires a BA/BS in Marketing or related field and at least 2 years of AEC marketing experience. You will collaborate with technical staff, offices, SMEs, and vendors in a dynamic, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
• Minimum 2 years of AEC industry-related experience preferably
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient in CRM Systems
• Knowledge of the RFP structure and proposal process
• Experience with word processing software

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare, and review standard government form proposals, expressions of interest, technical proposals, and presentations.
• Enter RFPs/advertisements into CRM system and maintain data.
• Lead pursuit process from kick-off to delivery and closeout.
• Develop pursuit outlines and major sections of proposals with SMEs.
• Coordinate production, printing, and delivery with QA/QC.
• Assist with presentation materials and client-facing content.
• Generate compliant, high-quality submissions and excellent customer service.
