Job summary

GeoEngineers in Boston, MA seeks a Senior Marketing Specialist to partner with the marketing team and technical staff to drive growth and position opportunities for nationwide pursuits. You will manage proposals, develop strategy, and ensure brand-consistent communications across external and internal channels.

The role requires 5 years in marketing (AEC preferred), strong editing, and excellent written/verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in AEC.
• Experience organizing, editing, and preparing long documents.
• Proficient with MS Office and Adobe InDesign; Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development strategy and proposal production for nationwide pursuits.
• Position opportunities with technical staff and advise on value proposition.
• Produce proposals, SOQs, resumes, and other materials on brand guidelines.
• Manage internal tracking, pursuits from RFP/RFQ to award or loss.
• Support brand marketing and internal/external communications.
