Job summary

GEI Consultants, Inc. in Wakefield, MA seeks a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead proposals, qualifications packages, and BD initiatives across the New England area.

You will collaborate with the East Region Marketing Manager, manage content development, resumes, SF330s, and engage with technical staff to position GEI effectively and win work. The role offers mentorship, professional development, and hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of marketing experience in the AEC industry, with demonstrated proposals leadership.
• Ability to independently manage multiple, complex, deadline-driven proposals from kickoff through submission.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including editing and content development.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Strategic thinking for proposal positioning, win themes, and client-focused messaging.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with public-sector procurement (RFPs, SOQs, SF330 submissions).
• Knowledge of the New England AEC market preferred.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage proposal and qualification efforts from kickoff to submission.
• Develop client-focused messaging, win themes, and differentiators.
• Support regional growth through opportunity identification, market research, and capture planning.
• Maintain CRM and marketing databases with accurate information.
• Plan and execute conferences, client events, and marketing initiatives.
• Understand procurement processes and compliance standards for public sector.
• Identify opportunities and build relationships to grow GEI's visibility.
• Collaborate with East Region and leadership to share knowledge and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
