NexHealth is seeking an experienced Account Executive to own the SME and mid-market segment for the Synchronizer API, driving full-cycle sales from qualification through close. You will manage the pipeline, run deals, and own the number, engaging a Solutions Engineer for architectural guidance as needed.

The role targets new logo acquisition across healthcare technology, from VC-backed AI startups to traditional healthcare enterprises, with a focus on building scalable GTM.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in a full-cycle AE role at a SaaS or API-first company.
• Proven track record of building and closing pipeline.
• Comfort selling a technical product to a technical buyer.
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder deals: founders, CTOs, lead engineers, and heads of finance.
• CRM discipline — your Salesforce is not a graveyard.
• Ability to operate where the playbook is still being written.

Aufgaben

• Run full-cycle deals across discovery, demo, scoping, proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Drive new logo acquisition and build pipeline across healthcare technology segments.
• Convert inbound developer signups when ready with relevant sales motion.
• Build and manage a multi-segment pipeline across AI startups and healthcare enterprises.
• Keep the CRM honest and report pipeline for resource decisions.
• Help build the playbook in an early-stage motion.
