Job summary

Aon Corporation is seeking an Account Executive for the Construction & Infrastructure Practice in the Dallas or Houston area. You will support clients’ insurance and risk transfer programs, analyze coverage, coordinate with carriers, and develop client recommendations.

You will review contracts and claims, assist with invoicing, and back the team on various projects while maintaining compliance and strong client service.

Qualifications

Must have 7+ years in casualty broking or underwriting.
Strong Excel and MS Office proficiency required.
Excellent communication and client-service orientation.

Responsibilities

Manage and support clients' insurance and risk transfer programs.
Analyze coverage and costs, prepare market submissions, coordinate with carriers.
Review contracts, policies, claims, and related documentation for accuracy.
Handle invoicing and day-to-day administrative needs.
Support senior team members and contribute on special projects.
