Job summary

Aon PLC in Chicago seeks an Account Executive II to join its Construction & Infrastructure practice. Hybrid role (2–3 days onsite). Lead coverage strategy development, client interactions, and documentation for renewals and new business while building underwriting relationships.

The candidate will analyze client risk exposures, prepare marketing proposals, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced team. Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
• Willingness to obtain an active Property and Casualty license within four months.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze risk exposures and develop marketing proposals.
• Experience handling client requests and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior team to develop coverage strategies and marketing initiatives for renewals and new opportunities.
• Respond promptly to client requests and service needs.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for new business and renewals.
• Analyze risk exposures and develop tailored marketing proposals.
• Build and maintain relationships with the underwriting community.
• Process policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Review documents and ensure signatures; distribute materials as needed.
