ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN is seeking a Sr. Advisor to drive the vision, priorities, and delivery outcomes across three IT SMO service areas: IT PO/Invoice Processing, IT Asset Management, and IT Telco & SMO Operational Reporting.

You will translate business needs into actionable roadmaps, orchestrate cross‑team execution, and elevate data‑driven reporting that informs decisions and strengthens operational performance.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in IT Operations, Supplier Management, or Asset Management.
• Deep IT Asset Management expertise including lifecycle governance, license oversight, inventory accuracy.
• Understanding of procurement workflows (PO matching, invoice validation) and telco reporting.
• Strong communication, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to leverage AI to automate and improve processes.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain service roadmaps across IT SMO areas.
• Improve controls, compliance, and risk management with reliable metrics and dashboards.
• Influence and align stakeholders across IT leadership, vendors, and partner teams.
