Job summary

ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is seeking a Manager, IT Supplier Management to lead the supplier governance and commercial activities across software, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, and services.

You will partner with IT leadership, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Security to deliver measurable value, manage risk, and optimize technology investments. In this role, you will drive RFx processes, contract negotiations, supplier performance management, and spend optimization while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience, including managerial experience.
• Experience developing IT supplier management policies, standards, governance frameworks, and operational processes.
• Experience managing technology suppliers across software, SaaS, cloud, telecommunications, infrastructure, consulting, and managed services.
• Proven success leading complex technology contract negotiations and working with internal and external legal counsel.
• Experience managing RFx processes, supplier evaluations, supplier selection, and contract lifecycle activities.
• Experience establishing supplier performance metrics, scorecards, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: develop and improve IT supplier management policies, standards, and governance.
• Vendor relationship management: lead strategic relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Contract, sourcing & commercial management: lead negotiations, SLAs, renewals, and SOWs.
• Financial & risk management: monitor spend, forecast, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with IT leadership, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Security.
• Team leadership: coach and develop IT Supplier Management team.
