ALSAC, the fundraising arm supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, is seeking a Senior Advisor to drive vision and delivery across IT Supplier Management Office services.

You’ll translate business needs into roadmaps, orchestrate cross-team execution, and elevate data-driven reporting. Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT Operations/Supplier Management/Asset Management.
• Experience with procurement workflows and telco billing/reporting.
• Strong communication and analytical problem solving; cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to utilize AI to enhance and automate processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain service roadmaps across IT PO/Invoice Processing, IT Asset Management, and SMO reporting.
• Improve controls, compliance, and risk management with metrics and dashboards.
• Influence and align stakeholders across IT leadership, vendors, and partner teams.
