Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to adopt best-practice software asset management approaches.
• Lead focused technical analysis discussions and drive stakeholder approvals.
• Acquire and integrate data from sources like SCCM, ServiceNow, and ERP systems.
• Model current and future processes; align roadmaps with governance and stakeholders.
• Serve as an expert in the ServiceNow SAM module across projects.
