Based in Memphis with a hybrid schedule, you will shape roadmaps, enhance controls, and partner with IT leadership and vendors to optimize asset spend and service performance.

The role requires deep asset management experience, strong communication, and the ability to drive outcomes across cross‑functional teams, including procurement and licensing workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT Operations/Supplier Management/Asset Management.
• Experience with hardware/software lifecycle governance, licensing and entitlement oversight.
• Ability to leverage data, reporting, automation, and AI to improve decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain service roadmaps across IT Asset Management and related areas.
• Improve process controls, compliance, and risk management with reliable metrics and dashboards.
• Influence and align stakeholders across IT leadership, vendors, and partner teams.
