Job summary

ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital seeks an Engineering Manager for Information Architecture in Memphis. Lead teams delivering enterprise information modeling, taxonomy, metadata management, and content labeling to support donor engagement and analytics.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to advance data initiatives, promote knowledge management, and drive secure, scalable solutions in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in information and/or data architecture including strategy, planning and delivery oversight.
• Experience across Data Lake and Data Warehouse design and configuration; enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops technical teams for information architecture and related platforms.
• Establishes best practices, standards, and processes for design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and documentation.
• Mentors engineers and analysts to ensure quality and security standards.
• Partners with the Director, Platform to implement strategies and budgets.
• Ensures team effectiveness via coaching, code reviews, and performance management.
• Oversees vendor relationships and education/training opportunities.
• Collaborates with ITS and business stakeholders to align technology with objectives.
