Job summary

ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN, seeks a Director of Technology Delivery & Portfolio Management to lead Agile Delivery, PMO, and Sourcing Integration.

You will shape strategy, drive transformation, and ensure delivery of major technology initiatives. This role oversees budget, governance, vendor relationships, and cross‑functional delivery across product and project models, fostering an Agile culture and AI‑enabled opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, data analytics, information technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology delivery, Agile transformation, PMO leadership, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of application development, systems integration, and enterprise technology environments.
• Proven ability to lead Agile, PMO, and portfolio management within a complex organization.
• Experience integrating AI-enabled solutions or emerging technologies into delivery practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Agile Delivery, PMO, and Sourcing Integration.
• Direct Agile delivery practices across the technology division and drive process optimization.
• Oversee the Technology PMO with budget, scope, schedule, quality, and business value realization.
• Manage the enterprise technology portfolio, prioritization, resources, and governance reporting.
• Coordinate external technology service providers and partner with vendor/service management teams.
• Champion Agile practices, training, and communities of practice to raise organizational maturity.
• Oversee investment planning, forecasting, and the technology capital budget.
• Collaborate with the CIO and senior leadership on strategic planning and execution.
