Twitch, the world’s leading live streaming platform, seeks a Strategy & Operations professional to drive growth in the Ads business. You will deliver strategic insights, partner with Ad Sales and Product teams, and support executive-defined priorities across business units from New York or San Francisco.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, synthesize senior-level data, and present recommendations that shape monetization and long-term strategy.

Competenze

• 5+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or business operations.
• 2+ years supporting advertising businesses, including ad sales workflows and DSPs.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with executive stakeholders.
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication.

Mansioni

• Lead regular business reviews with senior executives and synthesize data from multiple teams.
• Act as Go-To-Market and operational lead on major sales initiatives; size and prioritize opportunities.
• Collaborate across ad sales, ads product, content, finance, and BD teams.
• Design, monitor, and analyze business reports and dashboards.
• Contribute to monetization plans, long-term strategy, and resource allocation.
• Present work, build consensus, and influence senior stakeholders.
