Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Consultant specializing in ADP Workforce Solution (WFS) to develop and enhance our People Consulting ADP practice. You will ensure clients achieve maximum value from their workforce solution investments, focusing on current states and delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

You will work on large-scale WFS projects, lead configurations, and contribute to pre-sales activities while collaborating across capabilities and geographies.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with the ADP Workforce Solution Timekeeping module.
• Demonstrated ability in supporting client projects, leveraging knowledge in time management, attendance, leave management, and scheduling.
• Experience in participating in or supporting global and/or multi-national ADP WFS system implementations.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Be a key resource on large-scale WFS projects, primarily ADP WFS, delivering quality client service and work products.
• Gain advanced knowledge of ADP Workforce Solution (WFS) and related applications.
• Support Workforce Solution configurations, implementations, modifications, and upgrades including requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, development, and support.
• Contribute to implementation services pre-sales and sales strategies (direct to end-client sales).
• Facilitate working sessions for internal and client teams, tailoring objectives to meet client needs.
• Create functional and technical design documents, test plans, and implementation documentation.
• Analyze data and summarize findings for stakeholders.
• Support thought leadership to improve processes, methodologies, and tools.
