Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Lead Adobe Target Developer in Irving, TX, to own end-to-end Target implementations for A/B tests, personalization, and recommendations. You will partner with product, analytics, design, AEM, MarTech and development teams to deliver scalable, measurable experiments and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong hands-on Adobe Target experience including A/B testing, personalization, audience setup, and lifecycle management.
• Experience implementing Target activities with custom code and analytics integrations.
• Knowledge of Git-based development, branching, PRs, code reviews, and release readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Adobe Target implementation for A/B tests, personalization, and experiences.
• Configure and support Target activities, audiences, profile scripts, and QA links.
• Translate goals into technically sound, measurable implementations with cross-functional partners.
• Provide technical leadership and align teams on standards and governance.
