Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Lead Adobe Target Developer to own end-to-end Target implementations, partner with product, analytics, design and MarTech teams, and drive scalable, measurable personalization.

You will guide technical decisions, enforce coding standards, and mentor others while delivering faster test cycles, higher QA quality, and improved customer experiences across Adobe Target activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, computer science, digital technology, design or equivalent experience.
• Strong hands‑on Adobe Target experience including A/B testing, multivariate testing, experience targeting, personalization, audience setup, profile scripts, parameters, QA, debugging and activity lifecycle management.
• Experience implementing Target activities using custom code, reusable scripts, front‑end components, QA utilities and integration patterns with analytics or measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Adobe Target implementation for A/B tests, experiences and personalization.
• Configure and support Target activities, audiences, profile scripts, QA links and delivery safeguards.
• Mentor developers and business technologists on Adobe Target practices and front‑end standards.
