Job summary

Publicis Sapient in Irving, TX seeks a Sr. Adobe Target Developer to translate experimentation requirements into reliable implementations and to uphold code quality, QA, accessibility and performance standards.

You will build Target activities with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS, configure audiences and profile scripts, and collaborate with product, analytics and MarTech teams to deliver maintainable test solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, CS, digital tech, design or equivalent experience.
• Adobe Target experience including A/B/ multivariate testing and audience setup.
• Strong front-end development with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Adobe Target activities for tests, personalization and recommendations.
• Build front-end code for Target activities using JS/TS/HTML/CSS with responsive design and accessibility.
• Configure Adobe Target audiences, profile scripts and delivery safeguards.
• Collaborate with product, design, analytics, MarTech and business teams to clarify requirements and deliver test implementations.
• Troubleshoot delivery, audience qualification, analytics integration and production defects.
• Support QA, accessibility, performance, version control and release readiness.
• Create reusable scripts and documentation to improve consistency and speed.
