Publicis Sapient is seeking a Sr. Adobe Target Developer in Houston to translate experimentation requirements into reliable, measurable implementations.

You will work across front-end components, QA utilities, and release processes to deliver scalable test experiences. Key responsibilities include configuring audiences and profile scripts, collaborating with product and analytics teams, and creating reusable utilities to improve consistency across experimentation delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, computer science, digital technology, design or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on Adobe Target experience including A/B tests, multivariate tests, personalization and audience setup.
• Experience implementing Target activities using custom code and front-end components.
• Knowledge of Git-based development, PRs, code reviews and release readiness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Adobe Target activities for A/B tests, multivariate tests and personalization.
• Configure audiences, profile scripts, parameters and QA links; manage targeting rules and safety checks.
• Collaborate with product, design, analytics and MarTech to implement tests and experiments.
• Support QA, accessibility, performance, version control and release readiness.
• Create reusable scripts and documentation to improve consistency and speed.
