Job summary

Publicis Sapient in the United States is seeking a Sr. Adobe Target Developer who translates experimentation requirements into reliable, measurable implementations and maintains code quality, accessibility, and performance.

You will develop Target-driven experiences, configure audiences, collaborate with product teams, and troubleshoot delivery and QA issues to ensure smooth experimentation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in information technology, computer science, digital technology, design or equivalent experience.
• Strong hands-on Adobe Target experience including A/B testing, multivariate testing, experience targeting, personalization, audience setup, profile scripts, parameters, QA, debugging and activity lifecycle management.
• Strong front-end development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, responsive design, accessibility, browser developer tools, cross-browser testing and web performance practices.
• Experience implementing Target activities using custom code, reusable scripts, front-end components, QA utilities and integration patterns with analytics or measurement tools.
• Working knowledge of Git-based development, branching, pull requests, code review, deployment workflows and release readiness practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, manage implementation details and recommend practical, scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to product, business, analytics, design and development partners.
• Experience creating documentation and supporting implementation standards for experimentation and personalization delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Adobe Target activities for A/B tests, multivariate tests, experience targeting, personalization, recommendations and other Target-driven experiences.
• Build front-end code for Target activities using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, responsive design, accessibility standards and cross-browser development practices.
• Configure Adobe Target audiences, profile scripts, parameters, QA links, activity priorities, targeting rules and delivery safeguards.
• Partner with product, design, analytics, MarTech and business teams to clarify requirements and deliver technically sound test implementations.
• Troubleshoot activity delivery, audience qualification, front-end behavior, analytics integration, browser issues and production defects related to Target implementations.
• Support QA, accessibility, performance, version control, release readiness, documentation and implementation standards.
• Create reusable scripts, utilities and documentation that help improve consistency and speed across experimentation delivery.
