Qualifikationen

• Hands-on expertise with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Strong understanding of marketing personalization, segmentation, experimentation frameworks (A/B, multivariate).
• Experience leading marketing technology implementations for B2C customers.

• Partner with Product and Engineering to provide platform feedback and guide roadmap evolution.

• Collaborate with project leadership on executive readouts, risk management and issue resolution.
• Support delivery frameworks, accelerators and repeatable processes to improve efficiency.
