Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi seeks an experienced Solution Architect – Adobe Journey Optimizer B2B (AJO B2B) to lead strategy, architecture, and delivery of enterprise marketing transformations. You will partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to design scalable account-based marketing and lifecycle orchestration across Adobe and Salesforce ecosystems.

The role emphasizes architectural leadership, best‑practice governance, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to maximize marketing technology

Qualifications

• Hands-on implementation experience with AJO B2B, including Buying Groups and orchestration.
• Deep knowledge of AEP, audiences, profiles, identity resolution, and data management.
• Experience integrating AJO B2B with Marketo and Salesforce ecosystems.
• Proven leadership of enterprise architecture initiatives and client-facing projects.
• Experience designing account-based marketing and lifecycle orchestration strategies.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing operations and customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, strategy, and delivery for AJO B2B implementations.
• Design scalable Buying Group, audience, and lifecycle orchestration frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and roadmaps.
• Provide architectural leadership across AJO B2B, AEP, Marketo, Salesforce.
• Mentor architects and delivery teams through project execution.
• Guide implementation teams and establish best practices and governance.
