Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi seeks a Senior Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Technical Consultant to design, implement, and validate orchestrated B2B journeys across channels, using real-time data and decisioning logic.

You will collaborate with architects, AEP RTCDP consultants, and Adobe teams to ensure scalable, compliant journeys aligned to business outcomes. Hybrid in Dallas preferred; onsite 2+ days/week.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in MarTech, marketing automation or CX platforms.
• 3+ years hands-on Adobe Journey Optimizer in production.
• Prior consulting or client-facing delivery with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure cross-channel B2B journeys with triggers, events and rules.
• Implement real-time workflows tied to person, account, opportunity attributes.
• Configure messages, templates, content fragments, offers and personalization across channels.
