Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Senior Associate, Journey Builder to design, configure, and optimize personalized customer journeys using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). You will translate marketing objectives into real-time experiences that drive engagement and measurable outcomes.

In this hands-on role, you will build journey logic, collaborate with data and analytics teams to refine audiences, and ensure quality across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing operations.
• 3+ years in marketing operations or digital campaigns.
• Hands-on experience configuring journeys with Adobe tools.
• Strong understanding of customer journey orchestration and personalization.
• Experience with audience segmentation and testing.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize personalized journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Design NBA-based journey logic per business needs.
• Collaborate with data teams to refine audiences in AEP.
• Utilize real-time signals to enhance personalization.
• Partner with lifecycle marketing and analytics to improve journeys.
• QA campaigns across events, triggers, waits, and cross-channel touchpoints.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Work with analytics to evaluate results and optimize effectiveness.
• Serve as SME for AJO and AEP.
• Contribute to governance and best practices for journey orchestration.
• Support team training and knowledge sharing.
