Job summary

The Chicago School in the United States is seeking a Senior Admissions Representative to recruit certificate and degree programs. You will manage all phases of the admissions process from first contact to enrollment, serving as a role model and mentor to the team.

On assigned campus locations, you may work evenings and weekends and travel domestically as needed. You will engage prospective students via calls, consultations, and events, while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an admissions representative role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Computer skills including experience using CRM systems and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new students for assigned programs and be the primary contact throughout the admissions process.
• Make a high level of outbound calls daily to reach prospective students.
• Handle inquiries with scripts and policies in a timely manner.
• Respond quickly to new student inquiries and maintain ongoing communication.
• Conduct telephone-based, virtual, and in-person consultations to explain programs and admission requirements.
• Provide superior customer service through the entire admission process.
• Maintain Salesforce database with inquiry management and activity logging.
• Represent the university professionally in meetings and events.
• Mentor others in best practices to support the team’s success.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
