Job summary

The Chicago School is seeking a Senior Admissions Representative to recruit certificate and degree-seeking students for assigned programs. You will manage all phases of admissions from initial contact to enrollment, serving as a mentor to the team and upholding exemplary standards of customer service.

You will be responsible for on-campus coverage as needed, handle evening/weekend schedules, and travel domestically when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 1 year of admissions representative experience.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new students for assigned programs at The Chicago School.
• Conduct outbound calls to reach prospective students per scripts and policies.
• Respond to new student inquiries and maintain communication through admissions process.
• Conduct telephone, virtual, and in-person consultations to qualify prospects and explain programs.
• Provide superior customer service throughout the admission process.
• Maintain Salesforce database with inquiry management and activity logging.
• Represent the university professionally in meetings and events.
• Mentor others on best practices to contribute to team success.
