Job summary

The Chicago School is seeking a Senior Admissions Representative to recruit certificate and degree-seeking students across programs. You will manage the full admissions cycle from initial contact to enrollment and serve as a role model and mentor to teammates.

Evenings and weekends are required, with occasional domestic travel. For those assigned to a campus, you will be present on-site and engage prospective students through calls, consultations, and visits, while documenting activity in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least 1 year of admissions experience.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and learning new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new students for assigned programs at The Chicago School.
• Manage the admissions process from initial contact to enrollment.
• Conduct telephone, virtual, and in-person consultations.
• Respond quickly to inquiries and maintain communication with prospects.
• Maintain Salesforce database with inquiries and activities.
• Represent the university professionally in meetings and events.
• Guide and mentor team members on best practices.
