Job summary

The Chicago School is seeking a Senior Admissions Representative to recruit students for certificate and degree programs and to manage the admissions process from initial contact to enrollment. The role may require on-site campus presence and occasional domestic travel, with evening and weekend work as needed.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, 1+ year of admissions experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 1 year of admissions representative experience.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Experience with customer relationship management systems.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new students for assigned programs and serve as primary contact.
• Make outbound calls daily per scripts and policies.
• Respond quickly to inquiries and maintain contact with prospects.
• Conduct telephone, virtual, and in-person consultations to qualify prospects.
• Guide applicants through admission requirements and paperwork.
• Maintain Salesforce and document calls and activities.
• Represent the university professionally at meetings and events.
• Mentor others on best practices to boost team success.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
