Job summary

The Chicago School is seeking a Senior Admissions Representative to drive enrollment across assigned programs. You will manage inquiries, conduct consultations, and coordinate admissions from first contact to enrollment, while mentoring teammates and representing the university at events.

The role requires evening/weekend availability, campus presence, and occasional domestic travel. A positive, results-driven leader who can thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 1 year of admissions representative experience.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and learning new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Successfully recruit new students for assigned programs, serving as their primary contact throughout the admissions process.
• Complete a high level of outbound calls each day to reach prospective students.
• Respond to all new student inquiries quickly and maintain consistent communication with all assigned prospective students.
• Conduct telephone-based, virtual, and in-person consultations to qualify prospective students and explain admission requirements.
• Provide superior customer service to students through the entire admission process.
• Maintain Salesforce database through inquiry management, documentation, and contact strategy.
• Represent the university professionally in meetings and events.
• Mentor others in best practices to contribute to team success.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
