Job summary

The Chicago School is seeking an Admissions Representative to recruit certificate and degree-seeking students for assigned programs. You will manage all phases from initial contact through enrollment, with campus presence required for some locations.

Evening/weekend work and occasional domestic travel are required. You will conduct outbound calls, respond quickly to inquiries, and guide applicants through admissions paperwork.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Strong communication and listening skills are essential.
• Experience using customer relationship management systems and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new students for assigned programs and serve as the primary contact throughout the admissions process.
• Make a high volume of outbound calls daily following scripts and policies.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and maintain communication with prospective students.
• Conduct telephone, virtual, and in-person consultations to explain programs and admission requirements.
• Maintain Salesforce database and document calls and activities.
• Represent the university professionally in meetings and events.
