Job summary

The Chicago School’s Illinois College of Osteopathic Medicine seeks a Senior Admissions Representative for Medical Education to drive recruitment and review processes for prospective, applying, and enrolled students. You will collaborate with the SD OA, ADA, and admissions teams to manage all aspects of the admissions cycle, including events, outreach, and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years in admissions or student services.
• Strong public speaking and interviewing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and take initiative.
• CRM experience, plus ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate candidate applications through the centralized system aligned with mission and values.
• Respond to new student inquiries with consistent communication throughout the process.
• Represent the university in telephone, virtual, and in-person consultations with prospective/accepted students.
• Manage AACOMAS and Salesforce databases with accurate documentation and follow-ups.
• Promote Illinois COM by planning recruitment events and school presentations.
