Job summary

EY is seeking an Administrative Relationship Manager to develop and maintain long-term relationships with Partners, Principals, Managing Directors and Directors (PPMDDs) and ensure satisfaction with our administrative services. You will monitor performance, address issues, and work with nearshore management to optimize support across the organization.

The role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and experience managing client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 6–8 years relevant experience.
• Experience with MS Office, dashboards and reporting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with 450+ PPMDDs and understand their admin support needs.
• Act as the main point of contact with PPMDDs and manage escalation.
• Identify risks, improve administrative processes, and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with nearshore/onshore management to improve service delivery.
• Plan and execute projects requiring administrative support.
