Job summary

Xsolla Inc. is seeking a seasoned technical leader to own oRTB and MMP integrations with strategic partners in its advertising business. You will troubleshoot integration issues, reconcile discrepancies, and translate partner feedback into product improvements.

You will onboard DSPs, SSPs, and MMPs from spec review through production traffic, monitor health with SQL/logs, and serve as the technical point of contact on partner calls and business reviews.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in ad tech in technical account management, solutions engineering, or partner support.
• Fluent in oRTB; hands-on with MMPs like AppsFlyer or Adjust; proficient with REST APIs and SQL.
• Strong written and verbal communication with engineers and non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Own technical onboarding for DSPs, SSPs, and MMPs, from spec review to production traffic.
• Use SQL and logs to monitor integration health, investigate discrepancies, and build dashboards.
• Serve as the technical point of contact on partner calls and bring integration status into business reviews.
