Job summary

SiriusXM in the United States is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to own the strategy and delivery of large-scale cross-organizational Ads Engineering initiatives, including ad-serving, RTB, and data pipelines, in partnership with engineering and product leadership.

This senior, individual-contributor role requires architectural literacy, governance, and the ability to shape multi-year roadmaps, drive measurable outcomes, mentor TPMs, and coordinate with Pandora and SiriusXM ecosystems

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise-scale program leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering.
• Experience owning multi-year enterprise roadmap and portfolio outcomes.
• Advertising technology experience including ad-serving and RTB.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and end-to-end delivery of large cross-organizational Ads Engineering initiatives.
• Lead workstreams for cross-organizational initiatives spanning multiple teams.
• Maintain roadmap and delivery commitments for multiple teams within Ads Engineering.
• Coordinate program structure, milestones, sequencing, interdependencies, and success metrics.
• Mentor and uplevel TPMs and improve governance standards.
• Define, instrument, and socialize delivery and operational health metrics.
