Job summary

Xsolla Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager, Programmatic & Measurement to own integrations with DSPs/SSPs and MMPs. You’ll map bid requests, configure postbacks, and troubleshoot revenue discrepancies. Collaboration with Partnerships, Product, Engineering, and Data is key to turning partner needs into actionable roadmaps.

You will build partner guides, runbooks, and ensure data integrity across ads ecosystems, with a focus on North American partners and time zones.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in ad tech or related field with technical account management or integration background.
• Fluent in oRTB; able to read bid requests/responses and explain objects clearly.
• Hands-on experience setting up MMP integrations and postbacks with major MMPs.
• Strong knowledge of the supply chain transparency stack: ads.txt, app-ads.txt, sellers.json, SupplyChain.
• Proficient in REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and server logs; able to write SQL queries.
• Experience as technical owner for strategic partners (DSPs/SSPs/MMPs/advertisers).

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding for DSPs and SSPs from spec review to production.
• Map bid requests/responses against oRTB 2.5/2.6 and manage floor setups.
• Maintain ads.txt, app-ads.txt, and related data; troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Run MMP integrations and postbacks; map events and ensure proper attribution.
• Coordinate with Partnerships, Product, Engineering, and Data; translate needs into roadmaps.
• Create partner-facing guides and internal runbooks; communicateStatus clearly.
