Job summary

Xsolla Ads connects advertisers with players across Xsolla's games and commerce surfaces. You will own the technical onboarding for DSPs/SSPs, map bid requests to oRTB specifications, and ensure posting of accurate ads.txt and related data.

You will work with Partnerships, Product, Engineering, and Data to align partner needs with the roadmap, troubleshoot discrepancies, and document integration guides for internal and partner teams.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in ad tech in a technical account management, solutions engineering, integration engineering, or partner support role.
• Fluent in oRTB; read bid requests/responses, explain objects, spot issues.
• Hands-on experience setting up MMP integrations and debugging install and in-app postbacks with at least one major MMP.
• Knowledge of the supply chain transparency stack: ads.txt, app-ads.txt, sellers.json, and SupplyChain object.

Responsibilities

• Own technical onboarding for DSPs and SSPs, from spec review and test traffic through to production.
• Map bid requests and responses against oRTB 2.5/2.6, including partner extensions, and identify mismatches.
• Set up seats, deal IDs, floors, and maintain ads.txt, app-ads.txt, sellers.json, and SupplyChain data.
• Troubleshoot bid rate, win rate, timeouts, creative rejections, and revenue discrepancies.
• Run integrations with MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, and Singular, plus direct advertiser postback setups.
• Configure install and in-app event postbacks: macros, mapping, IDs, event names/values, attribution windows.
• Work with advertisers to define which in-app events matter and ensure correct firing before launch.
• Reconcile conversion discrepancies and explain causes clearly to partners.
• Be the technical point of contact on partner calls and answer integration questions in real time.
• Build integration plans and launch checklists and maintain partner relationships through go-live.
• Bring health/integration status into partner business reviews.
• Turn partner requests/defects into well-scoped tickets with steps, logs, and expected behavior.
• Provide early feedback on specs to avoid paper-based problems.
• Write and maintain partner-facing integration guides and internal runbooks.
• Use SQL/logs to investigate discrepancies, monitor integration health, and spot problems early.
• Build dashboards/reports showing partner and integration performance.
