Job summary

Xsolla Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Account Manager to own and optimize integrations with DSPs, SSPs, MMPs, and advertisers. You will ensure accurate postbacks, troubleshooting, and close collaboration with Partnerships, Product, Engineering, and Data teams.

You will lead onboarding, define integration plans, and drive health checks with partners, translating technical needs into actionable work items for engineers. North American collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in ad tech in a technical account management, solutions engineering, integration engineering, or partner support role.
• Fluent in oRTB. You can read a bid request and response, explain what each object does, and spot what's wrong.
• Hands-on experience setting up MMP integrations and debugging install and in-app event postbacks with at least one major MMP.
• Working knowledge of the supply chain transparency stack: ads.txt, app-ads.txt, sellers.json, and SupplyChain object.
• Strong with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and server logs. Comfortable writing SQL to answer your own questions.
• Experience as the technical owner for strategic partners such as DSPs, SSPs, MMPs, ad networks, or large advertisers.
• Clear communication with both engineers and non-technical partners, and calm under pressure when revenue is on the line.
• Ownership: you take a problem through to resolution rather than logging it and handing it off.
• Based in North America and able to work across North American time zones.
• Nice to have: hands-on experience with Prebid, familiarity with Ad Context Protocol, AI tooling, mobile gaming or monetization, privacy-safe measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding for DSPs and SSPs from spec review to production.
• Map bid requests/responses against oRTB 2.5/2.6 with extensions.
• Maintain ads.txt, app-ads.txt, sellers.json, and SupplyChain data.
• Troubleshoot bid rate, win rate, timeouts, rejections, and revenue discrepancies.
• Run MMP integrations and postback setups.
• Configure install and in-app event postbacks and mapping.
• Work with advertisers to define which in-app events matter and test postbacks.
• Reconcile conversion discrepancies and explain causes.
• Be the technical point of contact on partner calls; plan and kickoff integrations.
• Capture requirements into tickets and produce partner guides.
• Build dashboards and reports on partner/integration performance.
• Use SQL and logs to monitor health and spot problems early.
