Job summary

Reddit is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our Ads TPM team within the Tech PMO. You will lead cross-functional programs that span multiple engineering teams in the ads monetization space and partner with engineering leaders to evaluate priorities, tradeoffs, and risks.

You’ll own execution, drive scalable processes, mentor teammates, and help bring order to complex programs. A strong communicator and collaborative, hands-on problem-solver is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of collective experience in engineering and program management roles, with at least 4 years focused on digital ads platforms or ads monetization.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• A team player mentality with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
• Proactive and curious by nature. You are creative and enjoy taking unique approaches to solve problems.
• Pragmatic; you take an iterative approach to developing processes and systems.
• Technical depth and judgment.
• Analytical problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
