Job summary

Reddit is seeking a Senior Ads Business Development & Partnership Manager to scale strategic ad partnerships across the ecosystem. The role reports to the Senior Director of Ads Business Development and collaborates with Customer Data Platforms, Store Builders, and Brand Safety Partners.

You can work fully remote within the United States or Canada, with offices in SF, LA, NYC, or Chicago available for in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, ecosystem development, or ad product management.
• Proven ability to cultivate strong, trusted relationships with internal and external partners.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; deep familiarity with ad-tech, data, and store-builder landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, monitor, and optimize first-class partnership programs across the ad ecosystem.
• Own strategic partner agreements spanning third-party data licensing, identity graphs, data clean rooms, and audience expansion.
• Serve as an ad-ecosystem thought leader and an ambassador for Reddit across the industry.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and joint strategic planning sessions with key partners.
• Partner with the Activations and Enablement teams to define go-to-market strategies and educational initiatives that drive advertiser adoption.
• Track, project, and report on progress against Reddit’s annual strategic goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Measurement, and Insights teams to uplevel partnerships and deliver best-in-class client solutions.
