Job summary

Reddit, Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Engineer to own end-to-end advertising integrations and partner relationships. You will guide technical implementations, prototype solutions, and collaborate with partner teams to scale Reddit's ads platform.

The role spans engineering, product, sales, and business development, offering ownership of strategic integrations and a path to influence roadmaps while advancing the developer experience across Reddit's ecosystem.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of software development with end-to-end ownership.
Backend/API development experience with Python/Java/JavaScript.
Experience with REST APIs, OAuth2/OpenID Connect.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted technical advisor for strategic partners and direct advertisers, guiding integrations of Reddit's advertising APIs and tools.
Design and prototype proof-of-concept solutions that accelerate enablement and deliver value for partners.
Collaborate with partner engineering teams to optimize performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
Lead onboarding, testing, and pre-launch support for successful implementations.
Represent the technical voice of the partner internally and influence product priorities.
Support escalations for high-impact integrations and provide actionable resolution guidance.
